WaterJet precision cutting

BK Industrial Group works with our clients by providing working solutions to help them meet their production targets. In line with that commitment we have added the Flow Mach 200C: High Precision Waterjet to our Ingleburn workshop.

What we cut: variety of materials, including metals, engineered composites, and plastics.

  • Boosted Output: The Waterjet has significantly improved our workshop’s output in terms of speed, capabilities, and precision, working seamlessly alongside our skilled tradespeople.
  • Thermal Efficiency: Unlike traditional metal processing methods such as flames, arc, or laser cutting, waterjets generate virtually no thermal charge on the cut surface. This results in no heat-affected zones on parts and reduced machining time.
  • Superior Edge Quality: The process provides a smooth edge finish, as it exerts minimal to no vertical force.
  • Increased Productivity: Waterjets eliminate the need for extensive part clamping, leading to a cleaner and safer operation.

Our dedicated team use customised programming to meet individual requirements, allowing us to allocate speed to any part of a drawing to achieve the best price and quality.

Orbital Welding

2D and 3D Drafting

Our talented team provides our clients with complete drawings for fabrication through our own in-house design and drafting services. Our wide range of drafting capabilities utilises Autodesk Inventor.

Machining Services

Precision machining and turning, heavy industry component manufacturing. Our skilled trades team provide extensive general engineering, reverse engineering, turning, milling, vertical boring, horizontal boring and slotting, pump overhauls.

Valve PRV-SRV Testing

Pressure relief and safety valve verification checks activation accuracy, resealing capability and tightness. This reduces failure likelihood, longer asset lifespan, and reliable plant performance.

Pressure Welding

Our qualified pressure welders handle assemblies, welds and repairs of pressure vessels and pipes. We exceed all standards and codes in gas, energy, manufacturing, and food and beverage industries.

Laser Alignment

Our team of certified technicians provide Laser Alignment services and solutions for the mining, oil and gas and heavy industry, to ensure your machinery is properly aligned and operating at peak efficiency.
